Roasted Abalone Butter

Grilled dish baked with olive oil and butter

Abalone is trimmed and then separated from the intestines and flesh. The abalone meat is cut horizontally and then weighted with sake, salt and pepper.

Add olive oil, butter and garlic to a heated pan to make oil butter.

When the garlic is half cooked, add the trimmed abalone and cook it back and forth.

Put the cooked abalone meat in the skin that has been trimmed.
